Some highlights:
1. Strawberry lemonade. Sweet summer! The bartender muddled some super ripe strawberries and ice in a glass, and had just made the lemonade this morning with cane sugar syrup and lemons. She told us exactly how to make it, and gave us some popsicle-making tips too. No Country Time lemonade here!

2. Shaved wild mushroom salad with fresh herbs, avocado and manchego. Enough said.
3. Ricotta ravioli with mint, peas and ham. The ham was from this San Rafael company called Hobbs. It was chunky and looked like real pig muscle, not all weird and pressed like the stuff at Subway. Hey, sometimes you need a little more than the $2.99 six-inch special for lunch. I'm just sayin...
