I made tuna noodle casserole for dinner on Monday night. Don't be jealous. Don't be scared. Look in the recipe section. I eighty-sixed the pimentos and added some sauteed mushrooms, but you can trick out this creamy delicacy as you wish. Embrace the tuna noodle lover in you!

hey, is that the tuna-casserole-loving-air-guitar-playing-dude pictured at the right? if so, i love that guy! he has also been known to rock out to other dishes, including the the thai stir-fry with scallops k and i whipped up the other night.
