HOOF AND MOUTH

I heard about this cafe-Stable-a while back and finally went over there for lunch. It's on Folsom near 18th and it really was a carriage house back in the day.
Now it's a light-filled spot with high ceilings and delicious items for sale.

I hear their De la Paz coffee ranks among the other overhyped micro-roasters (Blue Bottle, Ritual), but what do I know, I went for lunch.
I had the cream of mushroom soup, which wasn't too heavy and a quinoa salad, which wasn't too healthy. Voila.
No horse poop in sight.
